This network, which is being developed by the mayors of cities along the WM route, is open to all mayors and municipal representatives around the world who wish to demonstrate their support for the WM.

Support from cities is central to the development of the WM, since the collaboration of local governments will be decisive when the march passes through each city. The WM promotional team will work with each municipality to work out the terms of collaboration. Cities not on the WM route may also participate by organizing events on these dates. Remember that the WM receives neither government nor corporate financial support.

Possible ways to collaborate:

- Food/meals

- Financial support

- Logistics and transportation

- Organizing events

- Communications media

- Associations and volunteer support

The contribution of cities whose mayors have joined and collaborated in the WM will be published on the official WM website and in other WM materials.
